Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a dependable Construction Crew Member with a Class A CDL to join our field operations. You will be an active crew member, handling transport between facilities and job sites, performing concrete work, equipment operation, and general construction duties on utility projects.

Travel is required (up to 90%), and you will follow DOT regulations and safety procedures while supporting safe, on-schedule project completion. Competitive benefits and a strong safety culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferably hauling equipment.
• Experience in construction, civil, utility, or heavy industrial work preferred.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT load securement regulations and safe practices.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of utility, civil, and infrastructure projects.
• Mix, place, and finish concrete for foundations and structures.
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms.
• Install reinforcing steel (rebar) per project specs.
• Excavate, backfill, grade, and prep job sites.
• Operate construction equipment within certification levels.
• Secure loads and assist with loading/unloading materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Travel to multiple job sites and work 90% of the time on site.
