Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a dependable Construction Crew Member with a Class A CDL to support utility and infrastructure projects. You will handle concrete work, site prep, equipment operation, and hauling between facilities and job sites.

The role requires hands-on construction tasks, travel to multiple sites (90%), and strict adherence to DOT regulations and safety policies. Competitive pay and comprehensive safety training are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years CDL driving experience; hauling construction equipment preferred.
• Previous construction, civil, utility, or heavy industrial work experience.
• Experience with concrete work: forming, rebar, mixing, pouring.
• Knowledge of load securement techniques and DOT regulations.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of utility and infrastructure projects.
• Mix, place, and finish concrete for foundations and pads.
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms; install rebar as needed.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts within certified limits.
• Drive and haul heavy equipment and materials between sites; secure loads per regulations.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE; maintain clean, organized work areas.
