Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a dependable Construction Crew Member with a Class A CDL to support utility and infrastructure projects. You will drive, haul equipment, and perform concrete and site labor on active job-sites across multiple locations.

The role requires hands-on construction work, equipment operation, and strict safety adherence. Travel is extensive and you will operate skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years CDL driving experience, preferably hauling construction equipment.
• Experience in construction, civil, utility, or heavy industrial work preferred.
• Experience with concrete forming, rebar, mixing and pouring.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of load securement techniques and DOT regulations.
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings and safety procedures.
• Willingness to perform driving and physically demanding construction tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of utility, civil, and infrastructure projects.
• Mix, place, and finish concrete for foundations, pads, and structural applications.
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms.
• Install and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) per project specs.
• Excavate, backfill, grade, and prep job sites.
• Operate construction equipment within certification and experience levels.
• Secure loads and assist with material handling on job sites.
• Work with foremen and crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.
