QXO in Nashville is seeking a safety‑focused CDL Driver (Class A or B) to transport building materials and equipment to customer locations and job sites. This role combines professional driving with hands‑on loading, unloading, securing loads, and ensuring compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, customer‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform touch‑freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre‑inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the load
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE
