Job summary

Lansing Building Products is seeking a CDL Driver to serve customers and support warehouse operations. The role typically starts early and ends in the early evening, with minimal weekend work depending on location.

Responsibilities include deliveries, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. A CDL license and forklift familiarity enhance fit for this position in our West Bridgewater, MA area network.

Qualifications

• CDL B (or A) license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Experience with building products is very helpful.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• At least one year of driving experience.
• Forklift certification and experience with a piggyback truck.

Responsibilities

• Lives the mission statement.
• Acts as a front-line Lansing representative and delivers outstanding service.
• Spends time between deliveries and warehouse tasks.
• Uses a Moffett forklift for deliveries.
• Interacts with customers and crews at job sites.
• Maintains high level of service for Lansing customers.
• Keeps warehouse clean and orderly.
• May perform other duties such as cycle counts or inside sales.

HOME EVERY NIGHT! CDL Driver's day usually begins around 7:00 AM -- sometimes earlier -- and ends at approximately 4:30 PM -- generally no weekend work (hours may vary by location)

CDL Driver Responsibilities:

Lives the mission statement

Actsas a front-line Lansing representative while providing outstanding customer service

Splits time between making deliveries and working in the warehouse

Uses a moffett forklift to make deliveries

Interacts with customers and or crews at job sites

Provides exceptional serviceto each Lansing customer…and constantly strive to improve that level of service

Keeps warehouse clean and orderly

This is a "get‑the‑job‑done" kind of position...you may be asked to perform other functions notparticularly addressed in this posting, such as cycle counts, inventory, inside sales, etc.

CDL Driver Qualifications:

CDL B (or A) license is required for this position

CDL Driver must have a clean driving record

Ability to work independently with efficiency and focus -- and to work as a contributing member of a larger team

Ability and willingness to lift boxes weighing as much as 70 pounds

Experience withbuilding productsis very helpful

Strong customer service skills, high integrity, and a positive attitude
