Job Description: CDL Driver at Nutrien Ag Solutions

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking full-time and part-time CDL drivers for multiple locations throughout the Cornbelt Region. This role is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers interested in loading, unloading, and engaging with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks
• Understand and take proper precautions regarding product hazards
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Availability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated pay ranges from $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, other benefits, retirement, and paid time off are not included. Overtime and other pay elements are applicable as per law.
