This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time CDL driver positions across the Cornbelt Region. It's ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home daily!

Responsibilities:

1. Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
2. Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload trailers of chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Understand and adhere to safety protocols regarding product hazards.
7. Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain and clean equipment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma.
2. Driving experience preferred.
3. Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
4. CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
5. Meet minimum DOT age requirements.
6. Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
7. Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
8. Meet DOT and company requirements.
9. Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated hourly pay ranges from $18 to $21, based on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days. Due to the temporary nature of this role, it does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime and legal pay elements are applicable.
