Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking employment. Candidates must be willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities
  1. Drive company trucks to designated locations safely and accurately.
  2. Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
  3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
  4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
  5. Unload or assist in unloading trailers with bulk chemicals and fertilizers using forklifts or hand trucks.
  6. Be aware of hazards associated with products and take proper precautions.
  7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
  8. Maintain and clean equipment.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements.
  • CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
  • Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
  • Meet DOT and company requirements.
  • Willing to work additional hours as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour for Colorado; actual compensation may vary based on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; however, due to the temporary nature of this role, other benefits, retirement plans, or paid time off are not offered. The position is eligible for overtime and complies with applicable laws. Nutrien adheres to regulations regarding pay equity and internal pay fairness.
