This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently, using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and other factors. This role offers paid sick days; however, due to its temporary nature, it does not include additional benefits, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime pay is applicable as required by law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations.

Compensation estimates are provided in good faith and may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location. Internal equity considerations also influence pay decisions.
