This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is an excellent opportunity for both newly licensed and experienced drivers. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, using forklifts or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location. This role offers paid sick days, but due to its temporary nature, it does not include other benefits or retirement plans. Overtime may be available and required by law. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations regarding pay and benefits.
