Job Description - Driver (Nutrien Ag Solutions)

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking full-time and part-time drivers for multiple locations throughout the Cornbelt Region. This role is ideal for both newly licensed and experienced drivers who are willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screens
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Able to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. This position offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement savings, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime may be available and required by law. Nutrien complies with all applicable regulations.
