Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It’s ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities

1. Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations
2. Maintain records as required by company and government regulations
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
5. Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks
6. Understand and adhere to safety precautions regarding products
7. Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently
8. Maintain and clean equipment
9. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background tests
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Willing to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated pay ranges from $18-$21/hour, depending on location. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits are not provided due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and applicable pay laws are followed. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
