This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time driver positions across the Cornbelt Region. It is suitable for both newly licensed and experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home nightly!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks safely and accurately to designated locations for sprayer or fertilizer orders.
• Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers with materials, using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Ensure safety by understanding product hazards and taking proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated hourly wage: $18-$21, based on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits are not applicable due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and legal pay elements are provided. Nutrien complies with all regulations regarding pay and benefits.
