Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time roles across various locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers interested in a reliable job with home nightly. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading bulk chemicals and fertilizers safely using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Be aware of product dangers and hazards, taking proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, depending on location and experience. The role offers paid sick days, but due to its temporary nature, it does not include other benefits or retirement plans. Overtime and legally mandated pay elements are applicable. Nutrien complies with all relevant regulations and internal pay equity considerations.
