This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time CDL driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. Ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers, with responsibilities including loading, unloading, and engaging with customers. Home every night!

Responsibilities:

• Drive company trucks to deliver sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Understand and take proper precautions regarding product hazards.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated hourly wage: $18-$21 (varies by location). Benefits include paid sick days; other benefits, retirement, and paid time off are not included due to the temporary nature of the role. Overtime and statutory pay elements apply. Nutrien complies with all regulations regarding benefits and pay.

Salary ranges are estimates and may vary based on experience, skills, education, and location. Internal equity considerations also influence pay decisions.
