Job Description: Driver (Cornbelt Region)

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking full-time and part-time drivers for multiple locations throughout the Cornbelt Region. This role is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers willing to load, unload, and engage with customers. Home every night!

What you'll do:

1. Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
2. Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
3. Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
4. Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
5. Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks.
6. Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
7. Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
8. Maintain and clean equipment.
9. Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license & applicable endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. Benefits include paid sick days. This position is temporary and does not include participation in other benefit programs, retirement, or paid time off. Overtime may be applicable.
