This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. Home nightly!

What you'll do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklift or hand truck.
• Be aware of product hazards and take proper precautions.
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license & endorsements.
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screens.
• Meet DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to work additional hours as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $18-$21/hour, based on location and experience. Actual salary and benefits may vary. This position offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime pay applies as required by law. Nutrien complies with all benefit and retirement regulations.
