Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in the United States seeks a delivery driver responsible for performing in-store and in-home deliveries, loading and unloading merchandise, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will plan routes, verify orders against invoices, ensure loads are secure, assist customers with unloading and setup of appliances, and comply with DOT regulations while maintaining vehicle safety and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• CDL license (Class A or B) with medical certificate.
• Ability to pass MVR check and DOT regulations.
• Ability to read invoices and verify item numbers.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers with locating and loading merchandise.
• Plan delivery activities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery.
• Maintain safe and compliant delivery vehicles and routes.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
