Qualifications

• Class A CDL required for multi-unit CMV locations.
• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement acceptable for single-unit CMV.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screen per company requirements.
• Sales-related licensure/registration as required by law.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions by guiding them through projects.
• Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, features, benefits, applications, and warranty information.
• Coordinates with customers about delivery and calls the customer when necessary.
• Plans delivery activities and loads deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
