Performance Foodservice is hiring delivery drivers for our Fargo, ND location. You will start early with a 4-day work week and train at a $34/hour effective rate. Once trained, drivers can earn well over six figures through our component pay program.

A $12,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with a path to a long-term driving career and comprehensive benefits from Day 1. This role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid CDL-A.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• DOT health card current or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate, interstate routes and OTR.
• Deliver and unload food products on schedule to customers.
• Perform safety checks and DOT-compliant inspections.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and route documentation.
• Ensure secure loading and unloading of freight.
