Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a PFG subsidiary, is hiring a CDL-A Driver to deliver food and supplies to customers across intrastate and interstate routes from Rogers, MN. You will start with comprehensive training, with an expected average annual pay around six figures including benefits and a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

The role requires safety-first driving, adherence to DOT regulations, and the ability to handle varying start times and 10–12 hour days in a four-day work week, with occasional fifth day

Qualifications

• CDL-A license and valid DOT Health Card required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Able to hand-lift and maneuver freight using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and unloads food products to customers per route.
• Verifies delivery with customer and collects signatures as needed.
• Operates tractor-trailer or straight truck in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Completes daily logs and required paperwork accurately.
• Maintains vehicle safety practices and reports issues promptly.
