Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking delivery drivers in Rogers, MN to begin with an early shift and a strong training program. Start with a paid training rate of $34 per hour and transition to an earnings model that can average around $100,000 per year through our component pay program.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL A and clean MVR in past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test and maintain DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and co-workers to answer questions and coordinate deliveries.
• Drive to and deliver customer orders according to predefined routes.
• Inspect tractor/trailer and perform safety checks per DOT regulations; report issues as needed.
• Unload products, verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Maintain daily logs of hours of service and keep work area clean.
