Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking CDL-B delivery drivers for our Rogers, MN location. Start early with a 5-day Monday–Saturday schedule to learn the operation and get comfortable in the role.

During training, you will earn a $24 hourly rate and, after training, an average of $27/28 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in food distribution.

Qualifications

• 6 months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent.
• Valid CDL B.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Valid DOT Health Card or able to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Inspect and secure trailer load and paperwork.
• Deliver orders according to route schedule; unload as required.
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments if needed.
• Complete daily hours-of-service records per regulations.
• Maintain clean tractor, loading dock, and trailer areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
