Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking motivated delivery drivers in Rogers, MN to start early and finish strong with an efficient 5-day schedule. Trainees earn a $34 hourly rate during training, with potential to reach an average of $100,000 per year through our pay program once fully trained.

A $12,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and we provide comprehensive benefits from Day 1, along with career growth in food distribution across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and coworkers professionally.
• Perform safety checks and DOT compliance.
• Deliver and unload goods to customer locations per schedule.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and collect payments where applicable.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
