Qualifications

• CDL license required; Class A preferred for multi-unit CMV or Class B with air brake endorsement.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment.
• Ability to pass MVR screen.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service at all times per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listen and respond to questions, guiding customers through projects when needed.
• Demonstrate appreciation to customers.
• Communicate information on stock, special orders, features, applications, and warranties.
• Coordinate delivery with customers and truck drivers.
• Plan delivery activities and load merchandise for on-time delivery.
• Ensure loads are safe, secure, and DOT compliant.
• Update delivery status in the system and perform DOT reporting as required.
