Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is hiring for a delivery associate to provide outstanding customer service, assist customers with product selection, and help load and deliver merchandise in a safe, DOT-compliant manner.

Responsibilities include coordinating with drivers, verifying invoices, and maintaining store safety and equipment standards while offering reliable support to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required for multi-unit CMV operations.
• Valid medical certificate and ability to obtain DOT compliance.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass MVR screening.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Communicate product and warranty information to customers.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and track delivery status.
• Ensure loads are safe and DOT compliant; inspect vehicles and equipment.
