Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service and assist customers with locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Communicate information about stock, special orders, warranties, and Lowe's programs to customers.
• Plan delivery activities, prepare loading tickets, and deliver merchandise on schedule.
• Load and secure deliveries, inspect products, and verify items on invoices against loaded quantities.
• Monitor delivery status, update systems, and ensure DOT compliance and vehicle safety.
• Detect shoplifting or security risks and report to management.
• Operate store equipment as required and perform other duties as assigned.
