Qualifications

• Ability to pass MVR checks and meet driving record standards.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic; be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Communicate information on stock, special orders, features, and warranties to customers.
• Plan delivery activities, load merchandise, and deliver on schedule; verify items on invoices.
• Ensure loads are safe, DOT compliant, and update job status in the tracking system.
