• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Walk customers through projects and answer questions as needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with truck drivers to inform customers.
• Ensure loads are safe, secure, and compliant with DOT regulations.
