Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a delivery associate to provide excellent customer service, assist customers with merchandise, and coordinate loading and delivery of items. You will ensure accurate loading, secure transport, and on-time deliveries while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include verifying orders, communicating delivery details, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. CDL credentials and DOT compliance are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL License required for multi-unit CMV routes.
• Class B CDL License with air brake endorsement acceptable for certain locations.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR checks as per company requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to comply with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, loading merchandise.
• Coordinates delivery with truck driver and informs customers of delivery status.
• Loads and unloads merchandise, ensuring proper loading and securing items.
• Inspects products and verifies invoices and model numbers for accuracy.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization in store and dock areas.
