Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
• Class A CDL required.
• Able to pass post-offer drug and physical screens and meet background requirements.
• Dependable with flexibility for overtime.
• Maintain NCCCO Crane Operator license for qualified equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication to follow safety regulations and keep records.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cranes and equipment per procedures and guidelines.
• Assess ground conditions and watch for overhead obstructions.
• Perform daily maintenance and minor repairs; keep logs and records.
• Maintain communications with ground operators and respond clearly to signals.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
