Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of related experience interpreting state laws and regulations.
• Alternate: one year of experience at Safety & Compliance Spec 1 or equivalent.
• Some positions may require a valid driver's license and licensure/certification.
• Experience interpreting federal and state rules and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and supporting documents for CDL programs and variances.
• Screen applications for completeness, accuracy, and eligibility under laws and rules.
• Provide ongoing support via telephone, email, and in person; respond timely.
• Investigate complaints, present findings, and recommend actions to management.
