Job summary

You will lead ELDT activities, deliver classroom, range, and on-the-road instruction to trainees aiming to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL, while coordinating with regional safety, risk, and operations teams. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge gained from 5–7 years in related safety/compliance roles.
• Class A CDL as a mandatory license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-the-road training to driver trainees and leaders to help obtain a Class A CDL.
• Assist Regional Safety Managers with FMCSA compliance across the region and with risk management strategies.
• Create and administer training material and evaluate trainee learning via CBT and classroom sessions.
• Coordinate and schedule third-party CDL testing programs where applicable.
• Perform file reviews and driving evaluations on high-risk drivers.
• Track trainee records and communicate progress to management.
