Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Columbia, SC is seeking a Safety and Compliance Specialist II to administer and oversee driver training and safety programs. You will lead ELDT activities, deliver classroom, range, and on-the-road instruction to support driver trainees and leaders in obtaining and maintaining a Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FMCSRs and CDL regulations at state/federal levels.
• Ability to assess training needs and train teammates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-the-road training for driver trainees and leaders to help obtain a Class A CDL.
• Assist with FMCSA compliance across the region and with risk management strategies.
• Create and administer training materials and coordinates third-party CDL testing.
