Pavement Preservation Group in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a reliable CDL Class B Driver with an air brake endorsement to support pavement preservation and roadway maintenance operations. You will operate Class B vehicles, transport equipment and materials, and assist field crews on job sites.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to help with general labor duties when needed. A clean driving record and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Valid air brake endorsement required.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with general labor duties when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and traffic laws.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials.
• Support field crews with pavement preservation and roadway maintenance activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is handled properly.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other team members.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active roadway construction zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
