Cactus Asphalt is hiring CDL drivers/operators/laborers in Tolleson, AZ. This full-time role requires a valid CDL Class A with tanker/HAZMAT endorsements and DOT compliance. Expect long hours, outdoor work, and potential out-of-town travel with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Possession of or ability to obtain a valid CDL Class A driver's license with Medical DOT card and no active violations within the past three years.
• Must pass a drug test at all times and be subject to FMCSA rules.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with CDL A and tanker/HAZMAT endorsements; 2 years for other CDL positions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections meeting DOT standards.
• Prepare vehicle inspection reports and submit required paperwork.
• Be punctual, work well with team, and follow dispatch directions.
• Load/unload materials; operate equipment; work outside in extreme weather.
• Be willing to travel and work overtime, including weekends.
