Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join the highway striping team. The role involves operating marking equipment, transporting crew, and ensuring DOT-compliant safety on job sites.

Qualified candidates hold a valid CDL, have experience with heavy trucks or pavement marking, and can pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening. Overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating heavy trucks or pavement marking equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install thermoplastic and waterborne pavement markings on highways.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and vehicles per DOT standards.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper loading.
• Adhere to safety policies on roads and job sites.
