Pavement Preservation Group (PPG) is seeking a reliable CDL Class B Driver with an air brake endorsement to support our pavement preservation and roadway maintenance operations. You will transport equipment and materials to job sites and assist field crews as needed.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, comfortable outdoors, and willing to be hands-on to help the crew get the job done. DOT compliance and safe driving are essential in this role.

Qualificações

• Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Willingness to assist with general labor duties when needed.
• Safety-focused with reliable work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate Class B vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials.
• Support field crews with pavement preservation tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and proper equipment handling.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and active roadway zones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class B Driver with a valid air brake endorsement to support our pavement preservation and roadway maintenance operations. This position involves operating commercial vehicles, transporting equipment and materials to job sites, and assisting field crews as needed. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, comfortable working outdoors, and willing to be hands-on when needed to help the crew get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and applicable traffic laws
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment and materials
• Support field crews with pavement preservation and roadway maintenance activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and ensure equipment is handled properly
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other team members
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and around active roadway construction zones
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
• Valid air brake endorsement required
• Clean driving record and ability to meet applicable DOT requirements
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate and inspect commercial vehicles and equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist with general labor duties when needed
