Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Pavement Marking CDL A or B Driver to join our highway striping team. You will operate pavement marking equipment, transport crew, and ensure safety and DOT compliance on every site.

The role requires a valid CDL A/B, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and willingness to travel to job sites while upholding safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maps, and basic arithmetic.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or pavement marking equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials.
• Operate pavement marking equipment and vehicles safely and in DOT compliance.
• Transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Assist with setting up and operating equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and loading of equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety policies on road and job sites.
