Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class-A or Class-B CDL and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to read gauges and regulate them to standards.
• Maintain accurate daily operation records, product usage and safety checks.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in the field.
• Hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements preferred.
• ATF explosive possessor qualification required.
• Unrestricted for operating manual transmissions is a plus.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (very early).
• Strong attention to detail for inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and operates vehicles and equipment safely and professionally.
• Drive time 20–30% with remaining time doing physical labor with hand tools and shovels.
• Coordinate and handle mechanical systems to deliver emulsion.
• Transport goods, inventory, hazardous materials, and cargo to destinations.
• Keep driving and delivery logs, verify loads against manifests, report hours.
• Load/unload and transport materials to destinations, including overhead bin loading.
• Operate mobile manufacturing units on site to produce bulk products.
• Pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance to Location Manager.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies for bulk/packaged explosives.
