Job summary
160 Driving Academy seeks a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to teach students from pre-trip inspections to passing their CDL exam, in yard and on-road settings. Based at a designated yard, you will lead a team of instructors and occasionally cover regional yards to ensure coverage.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to mentor and coach CDL students.
- Excellent communication with students, staff, and leadership.
- Wamiliarity with basic computer record-keeping and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Teach Class A driving skills in outdoor yards using manual and automatic transmissions.
- Lead students from pre-trip inspections to CDL testing readiness.
- Maintain training records and documentation; ensure safety and curriculum adherence.
- Collaborate with Lead Instructor and fellow instructors to deliver a consistent student experience.
- Assist with yard upkeep and regional yard coverage as needed.
