Responsibilities

• Teach Class A driving skills in outdoor yards with manuals and automatics.
• Guide students through pre-trip inspections, maneuvers, and on-road driving.
• Prepare students to pass CDL testing on first attempt.
• Track attendance and progress; provide support as needed.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Report incidents to lead and corporate promptly.
• Collaborate with instructors to ensure consistent student experience.
• Assist with yard upkeep and coverage at nearby yards.
• Support transfer of trucks to repairs and neighboring yards.
