160 Driving Academy is seeking a CDL Class A Instructor Trainer to lead hands-on training for students at a designated yard. You will teach from pre-trip inspections to the CDL exam pass, working with a team of instructors and covering multiple regional yards as needed.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, safety compliance, and maintaining training records while helping students succeed and grow within a supportive, outcome-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and coach students.
• Proven ability to guide adults through hands-on training in vehicle operation.
• Comfort with basic computer recordkeeping and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Teach Class A driving skills in yards and on-road.
