Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL drivers for the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This position focuses on safe, reliable delivery of mostly no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook assignments.

Compensation includes weekly pay during training and per-mile rates after training, with full benefits after 30 days. Home time is bi-weekly with a 34-hour reset, and orientation is paid.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents or violations in the past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from safety-related reasons in employment history.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook assignments.
• Occasional live load/unload as needed.
• Maintain safe driving, on-time deliveries, and accurate logs.
• Follow day or night schedules as assigned.
