Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before solo operation. The role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery of no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook and occasional live load/unload.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,000 to $1,200, with training pay and per-mile rates after training. Bi-weekly home time and comprehensive benefits after 30 days are offered to successful drivers.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent safety-related employment.
• 10-year employment history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may disqualify; all offenses reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the 14 Western regional lane as part of Beast Mode Truckin.
• Deliver primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations.
• Complete pre-orientation training and teamwork with experienced trainer.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with all DOT regulations.
