Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate on the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo.

This role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations and bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset. Orientation includes one paid day at the nearest terminal, with day or night driving as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the 14 Western regional lane.
• Deliver primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations.
• Maintain safe, reliable delivery and meet schedule requirements.
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset.
