Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers to operate on the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook operations.

Compensation includes weekly pay, per-mile earning, and a training pay program. Full benefits after 30 days and home time bi-weekly make this a comprehensive opportunity for drivers

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school (120+ hours); new grads welcome.
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• Be able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• 10-year employment history with minimal gaps, 6+ months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the 14 Western regional lane, primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook.
• Follow schedules; day or night shifts as assigned.
• Coordinate with orientation and onboarding process for training.
