Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking CDL-A drivers to join our Western regional lanes. You will haul dry van freight, with no-touch and drop-and-hook where possible, averaging about 2,300 miles per week and flexible day or night schedules.

Initial training pay, then weekly pay from $1,000–$1,200, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Orientation is paid, home time is bi-weekly, and applicants must meet safety and experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
• Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in the past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment for safety-related reasons.
• 10-year employment history with no major gaps; at least 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
• Certain criminal convictions may be disqualifying; all offenses are reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with no-touch, drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to schedule and communicate delays or issues to dispatch.
• Support orientation and training processes as required.
