Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a 14 Western regional lane network. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo, focusing on safe, reliable delivery of dry van freight with drop-and-hook assignments.

Compensation includes a weekly range of $1,000–$1,200, with training pay of $850 per week for 4–6 weeks and a $0.50–$0.71 per mile after training, plus a monthly safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile and full benefits

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
• Fair driving record: no major accidents or major citations in past 5 years.
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• 10-year employment history with minimal gaps; 6 months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Transport no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook.
• Occasional live load/unload.
• Operate regional lanes with bi-weekly home time and 34-hour reset.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean driving record.
