Qualifications

• Must learn and adhere to DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Ability to communicate with management, drivers, sales, and customers.
• Strong math skills are required for daily driver tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer and perform product deliveries along assigned routes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and other traffic regulations.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product with no damage.
• Communicate problems to the Senior Transportation Supervisor by phone.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip.
• Maintain electronic driver log according to DOT regulations.
• Keep supervisor informed of delivery instructions.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct per standards.
• Complete administrative tasks for transportation operations.
